Pumpkin Chai Bread

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable (or canola) oil
Streusel
- ⅓ melted butter
- ⅓ cup oats
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 and grease your loaf pan.
- In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, spices, baking soda, and baking powder together until combined.
- Make a little well in the center of the bowl and add the eggs, vanilla, pumpkin, milk and vegetable oil. Mix until just combined.
- Line loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. sprinkle streusel topping.
- For the streusel: mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and flour together and sprinkle on top of pumpkin bread batter in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes then cover top with tin foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
